Lunch and Further






I had a nice workout. On the way home, I went to the supermarket. I had not planned this, but I found a pack of lean fish filet on discount - perfect! The law of attraction does its thing.



I came home and whisked up a lunch - always quick!



First - I heated up a non-stick saucepan and put in exactly one drop of oil. In this I stir-fried my fish, with some salt, pepper and lemon juice.



I skinned and diced one ripe pear and banana. I washed a few grapes. I tossed all 3 in my old blender to make a delicious smoothie! :) I love this drink.



I opened a can of boiled chick-peas and warmed up a small portion. This is not a good idea - its always better to use fresh, but I'm short on time.



I mixed the fish and the chick-peas together in a bowl. This is my lunch! :)
No bread, no rice? No! I will be explaining more about this as we go.







Sunday Morning

Its sunday morning, and I have a load of work to do - yes, professionally speaking. Running your own business sometimes asks a lot out of a person.

Yet I have made a decision that the work can wait a bit. I'm going to the gym! :)

How thin should one be?

Of course this is an area of personal choice, but there are guidelines to calculate the range of ideal weight. This keeps things realistic.

Consulting your Doctor

It sounds so clichéd but I do say this - Please consult your doctor before you embark on any diet, exercise or change program.

If you have issues, or think you may have issues with your heart, kidneys, blood pressure, blood sugar or hormones - do get it checked.

There are some people who are deeply stuck in a resistance zone - they ASSUME that they have a physical problem due to which weight loss would be impossible for them to achieve. For such people too, a medical checkup is a good thing - then you're sure nothing is wrong with you, and you can get on with the weight loss! :)

Stop the yo-yo ing!

The most important thing I will be sharing here is a whole mind-body system by which you will lose all excess weight and KEEP IT OFF.

Fluctuating weight or yo-yo-ing is actually very dangerous for health.
